Website: www.12twelveutility.com0

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, digital tools, or services provided by 12Twelve Utility, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site or our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Brokerage Services

12Twelve Utility functions as an independent energy brokerage and consulting firm. Our services include analyzing energy usage, evaluating market conditions, procuring custom electricity and natural gas price estimates, and facilitating energy supply contracts between clients and third-party retail energy suppliers ("Suppliers").

Important Notice: 12Twelve Utility is an energy broker, not a utility company or direct retail supplier of electricity or natural gas. We do not own transmission lines, distribute energy, or generate power directly.

3. Energy Contracts and Rates

  • Third-Party Contracts: Any energy agreement or contract executed as a result of our brokerage services is entered into directly between you (the client) and the selected Supplier.

  • Rate Validity: Energy rates and market quotes provided on our website or through our representatives are dynamic, time-sensitive, and subject to rapid market fluctuations. Quotes are non-binding until a formal agreement is fully executed with the respective Supplier.

  • Broker Compensation: 12Twelve Utility may receive a commission or referral fee directly from the Supplier upon the successful execution and delivery of an energy agreement.

4. User Information and Utility Authorization

When requesting quotes or using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your contact details, service address, and utility accounts.

  • Grant 12Twelve Utility permission to contact your utility provider or access historical usage data (when authorized) strictly for the purpose of analyzing energy requirements and obtaining quotes.

  • Refrain from submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent utility account information.
